Tsuiteru Nozomi was the Ultimate Lucky Student featured in Gaboza's Killing Game V3: Hope's Future. She was one of three students to survive to the end, alongside Tantei Masayoshi and Leon Vitale.

Nozomi is a tall young woman. Her outfit features lots of layered clothing, which could attribute to the popularity in her design when she was revealed. Nozomi's hair is jet black; with the exception of a braid on her right side, dyed purple. She also has three 'seven' hairpins, signifying her luck.

Nozomi is a hyperactive teenage girl. This often got on some of her classmates' nerves, most notably Owen Rijinalitee and Naoki Hisui. In later chapters, Valentine Wilson (Model:V3) showed annoyance towards Nozomi as well.

During a Free Time event in Chapter 2, it's revealed that Nozomi was aiming for Ultimate Fashionista, and was instead accepted via random selection. While disappointed that she technically wasn't considered an ultimate, Nozomi didn't want to pass up the opportunity to attend the Ultimate Studies Academy.
