Characters
Gaboza's Killing Game V3: Hope's Future, being a collaborative story, features many characters that were not created by Gaboza. The only characters that were created by Gaboza were Tsuiteru, Kiiro, Kinzoku, Model:V3, Monotora, and the Monokubs.
A brand new school serves as the setting for Gaboza's Killing Game V3: Hope's Future (sometimes referred to in short as 'GKGV3' or just 'V3'). Instead of being scouted, students apply to this new school: the Ultimate Studies Academy. Sixteen students are accepted; however, unlike the first two games, V3 features multiple characters played by a few people. The theme of the game is safety versus freedom.
Plot Summary
Prologue
We're introduced to five stuffed tigers this time. Monostar, Monokubo, Monoinu, Monokun, and Monosora. Monotora presents himself by the end of the prologue to do his usual spiel of introducing the killing game and presenting a motive.
Chapter 1
Rue Ben, the Ultimate Cosplayer, is murdered. Those present at the trial agree it was done by Miyabe Natsu, the Ultimate Reporter.
Chapter 2
Juan Baya, discovered to be the Ultimate Apothecary, is murdered by Kiiro Shojiki in an act of self-defense. The trial was set up in a way that if Vanilly, the person who, at the time, was playing Isaac Scott, decided to not be active, Isaac could be framed as the killer. But Vanilly promised he would give it his all, so Gaboza sacrificed his favorite character of his three for the betterment of the game.
Chapter 3
Vanilly ended up not being active. Isaac Scott, the Ultimate Detective, is found dead. When the investigation seeps into nighttime, Monotora agrees to let the students get some rest and do the trial first thing the next day. But the next day, Tsubaki Kameria, the Ultimate DJ, is also found dead. During the trial, it becomes evident that Otto Aragorn, the Ultimate Empath, was the murderer.
Chapter 4
After a mishap involving virtual reality, Kinzoku Netsu, the Ultimate Blacksmith, is found dead. His killer? A very unaware and truly sorry Kura Magmell, the Ultimate Oceanographer.
Chapter 5
Owen Rijinalitee, the Ultimate Critic, and Naoki Hisui, the Ultimate Actor, are both missing. All that's known is one is dead, and one killed the other, and the ambiguity of the exisal present in the trial isn't helping. This trial is infamous for being the hardest trial in Gaboza's Killing Game history.
Chapter 6
A re-do of Chapter 3-1, after some new evidence comes to light. This trial reveals Nikolai Mara, the Ultimate Mortician, as the mastermind behind the Killing School Semester, as well as Rue Ben's true killer. Valentine Wilson (read Model:V3's article if this next part doesn't make sense) proceeds to break through the trial grounds with Nikolai, and destroy the school.
Epilogue
The survivors are Tsuiteru Nozomi, Tantei Masayoshi, and Leon Vitale. They agree on two things; to pursue their dreams, but also to stay friends, as Miyabe wanted. It's unknown what is made of the survivors after the events of V3.
