Dr. Buzz

Appearance

Dr. Buzz is a tall male with a slim build. He has long, yellow hair, styled to look jagged. Whether his hair is naturally yellow or not is unknown. He has lightning bolt stickers on his cheeks that are imbued with magic, and can function like a land mine when thrown down. He wears the same superhero outfit every time he's seen, not changing clothes like many other characters.

Personality

Dr. Buzz is an eccentric person, not knowing much about magic but instead insisting he's a superhero who's been bestowed with powers. He believes Shem's morals line up with his (though it's unclear what Shem exactly told him, as Dr. Buzz is known to be very gullible), and tries to use his powers to help wherever he can, even if people don't believe they're being helped.

History

Dr. Buzz joined forces with Shem sometime after both Rhiannon and Rosanna had joined. When he's not needed by Shem, he goes around London, and tries to solve ongoing crimes to the best of his ability. He doesn't believe he's a magic user; instead thinking he's a superhero blessed with electric powers.
