The Cuckoo Guy

The Cuckoo Guy was a semi-episodic series made by Gaboza in 2008, also serving as the first generationed story ever made. The "semi-episodic" label comes from the fact that despite the story mostly being episodic, some details carry over across issues, and a significant portion of the series is a multiple-issue run where the gang explores the entire Solar System.

The series stars the titular "Cuckoo Guy", a man with an interesting appearance. Big, bulging eyes looking in different directions, and two oddly square puffs of hair popping out on either side of his head. The two "friend" characters formerly served as bullies, both insulting The Cuckoo Guy, calling him a cuckoo idiot (though one was sticking up for his brother, that was supposedly previously hurt).

The story features many simplistic and borderline nonsensical premises, but being the first generationed story, this is somewhat expected. All of the original comics have been lost to time, but Gaboza has retained knowledge of all of them, and started remaking them in 2025 as a part of Operation: Restoration.
